Step 1

Lavez les champignons puis coupez-les grossièrement. Émincez l'ail et les échalotes.

Épluchez puis coupez les pommes de terre en morceaux.

Dans le bol Cookeo, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive ou une noisette de beurre puis l'ail, les champignons et les échalotes. Salez, poivrez. Lancez la cuisson en mode dorer pendant 4 minutes en remuant régulièrement.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 4

Ajoutez l'eau (200 ml d'eau/personne), le bouillon cube et les pommes de terre. Lancez la cuisson sous pression 10 à 15 minutes.

Parmesan (grated)

Step 5

Ajoutez le parmesan puis mixez le tout. Vous pouvez ajouter un filet de crème si vous en avez pour un peu plus de gourmandise. C'est prêt !
