Stovetop, Blender, Pot (small), Frying pan

Shallot

Step 1

Épluchez puis émincez les échalotes.

Parsnip

Step 2

Lavez puis épluchez les panais et coupez-les finement.

Step 3

Ajoutez l'échalote dans une casserole avec un filet d'huile d'olive et faites revenir 1 à 2 minutes.

Ajoutez le panais dans la casserole et faites-le revenir 2 minutes à feu vif.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 5

Mouillez à hauteur (environ 200 ml d'eau/personne). Ajoutez le cube de bouillon, salez, poivrez, puis laissez mijoter à couvert pendant 20 minutes à feu moyen.

Pendant ce temps, faites griller les tranches de lard à feu vif 2 minutes de chaque côté.

Heavy cream

Une fois le panais tendre, ajoutez la crème et mixez le tout.

Ajoutez un peu d'eau si la texture est trop épaisse.
