Yellow onion

Step 1

Épluchez puis émincez les oignons.

Step 2

Ajoutez-les dans une casserole avec un filet d'huile d'olive et faites revenir 1 à 2 minutes.

Celery root

Lavez puis épluchez le céleri et coupez-le en cubes.

Step 4

Ajoutez-le dans la casserole et mouillez à hauteur. Salez, poivrez, puis laissez mijoter à couvert pendant 20 minutes.

Une fois le céleri tendre, ajoutez la crème et mixez le tout.

Ajoutez un peu d'eau si la texture est trop épaisse.
