Apricots (fresh)

Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Lavez puis coupez les abricots en tranches.

Goat's cheese (log)

Coupez la bûche de chèvre en rondelles.

Déroulez la pâte feuilletée sur une plaque de cuisson. Étalez le fromage frais sur la pâte en laissant 1 à 2 cm au bord.

Herbes de Provence

Step 4

Disposez les lamelles d'abricots et les rondelles de chèvre sur la pâte. Salez, poivrez et parsemez le tout d'herbes de Provence.

Prosciutto

Step 5

Ajoutez les tranches de jambon cru, déchirées en morceaux et un petit filet d'huile d'olive. Enfournez 25 minutes à 180°C.

Une fois le chèvre légèrement fondu et doré, sortez la tarte du four. Ajoutez un filet de miel par-dessus. Servez la tarte avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
