Step 1

Dans un mixeur, ajoutez le persil, les noix, le parmesan, l'ail et 1 c. à soupe d’huile d’olive/personne. Salez, poivrez et mixez grossièrement.

Step 2

Préchauffez le four à 190°C. Émincez la courge finement. Vous pouvez utiliser une mandoline si vous en avez.

Puff pastry

Step 3

Étalez la pâte feuilletée sur une plaque de cuisson et piquez-la à l'aide d'une fourchette. Badigeonnez de pesto et ajoutez les tranches de courge fines.

Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, salez et poivrez. Enfournez la tarte 25 minutes à 190°C.

Sortez la tarte du four. Ajoutez des feuilles de persil, un peu de pesto, et du parmesan râpé s'il vous en reste. C'est prêt !
