Red kuri squash (potimarron)

Step 1

Coupez le potimarron en deux et videz-le. Coupez-le en tranches puis en cubes.

Épluchez et émincez l'oignon.

Dans une casserole, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive puis faites revenir l'oignon pendant 3 minutes.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Ajoutez ensuite, le potimarron, les lentilles, le cube de bouillon de légumes et 250 ml d'eau par personne. Laissez cuire à feu moyen 20 à 25 minutes.

Pendant ce temps, concassez les noisettes et faites-les griller dans une poêle chaude 3 minutes.

Une fois cuit, mixez le velouté à l'aide d'un mixeur plongeant et ajoutez la crème.

Servez dans un bol avec un peu de crème et quelques noisettes grillées. C'est prêt !
