Step 1

Épluchez puis émincez finement les oignons.

Step 2

Dans le bol du Digicook, ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive et les oignons. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et lancez le programme 'reverse' : 120°C / vitesse 1 / 4 minutes.

Pendant ce temps, épluchez, puis coupez les carottes en petits dés.

Ajoutez les carottes et le curcuma dans le bol du Digicook. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et lancez le programme 'reverse' : 120°C / vitesse 1 / 3 minutes.

Ajoutez ensuite le blé, le jus de citron vert, 350 ml d'eau chaude par personne, le cube de bouillon de légumes et le concentré de tomates. Salez, poivrez puis lancez la cuisson en mode 'sous-pression' pendant 15 minutes. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et lancez le programme 'reverse' : 90°C / vitesse 1 / 30 minutes.

Une fois les carottes tendres à cœur, servez la soupe iranienne dans un bol. Ajoutez un filet de crème ou de lait de coco et quelques feuilles de persil, si vous en avez. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
