Step 1
Épluchez et émincez les oignons. Épluchez et coupez les patates douces en cubes. Ajoutez-les dans le Cookeo et lancez la cuisson en mode dorer pendant 4 minutes.
Step 2
Dans le Cookeo, ajoutez la chair de tomate, 1 tasse d'eau par personne (20 cl environ), le cube de bouillon de légumes, (optionnel : le piment), salez, poivrez. Lancez la cuisson sous pression pendant 20 minutes.
Step 3
Pendant ce temps, coupez les avocats en cubes.
Step 4
Servez la soupe avec les toppings de votre choix : tortilla, avocat, feta et si vous en avez, citron vert et coriandre. C'est prêt ! Si vous aimez la cuisine épicée n'hésitez pas ajouter plus de piment ou un peu de tabasco si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
