Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes.

Step 2
Installez le bol inox avec 500 ml d'eau, ajoutez le panier vapeur avec les pommes de terre. Lancez le programme vapeur, 15 minutes.

Step 3
In a saucepan, cook the sausages according to the package directions.

Step 4
Add the veal stock to a pan with 3 ounces of water per person and mix until combined.

Step 5
Once the sausages are cooked, add them to the sauce and let them cook on low while preparing the mashed potatoes.



Step 6
À la fin du programme, videz le bol et replacez les pommes de terre égouttées dans le bol inox. Ajoutez le beurre, le lait, salez et poivrez. Lancez le programme expert, 5 minutes/vitesse 5/60°C.
Step 7
Serve the sausages over the mashed potatoes with the sauce. Time to eat!
