Step 1

Épluchez les pommes de terre, lavez-les et coupez les en deux.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Pendant ce temps, dans une poêle chaude ajoutez une noisette de beurre et le poulet. Faites cuire à feu moyen 4 minutes de chaque côté.

Retirez le panier de cuisson du Digicook, videz l’eau du bol et placez les pommes de terre cuites dans le bol. Ajoutez le lait, le beurre, salez et poivrez. Fermez le couvercle muni du bouchon mesureur. Programmez : vitesse 6 / 1 minute.

En fin de cuisson du poulet, ajoutez la crème et 2 cuillères à soupe d'eau par personne (optionnel : ajoutez un peu de moutarde ou 1 pincée de 4 épices selon vos goûts). Salez, poivrez, mélangez puis laissez mijoter à couvert 2 minutes de plus.
