Step 1
If needed, defrost your beef patties. Preheat your oven to 200°C. Cut the potatoes into fries,

Rince them with cold water, then drain.
Step 3
Place them in a bowl, adding 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, salt and pepper to taste and mix.
Step 4
Spread some parchment paper on a baking sheet and place the fries on top and bake for 40 minutes at 200°C.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings. Then, mold the ground beef into burger patties.
Step 6
Cut the cheese into large slices.
Step 7
5 minutes before the fries are done, cook the burger patties on a hot pan for 2 minutes on each side for rare, adding a little time for a medium or well done burger.
Step 8
Once the pattie is done, add the cheese slice on top to melt.
Step 9
Use the same hot pan to toast your burger buns. 15 to 30 seconds should be good to get them nice and golden.
Step 10
Spread some mustard on the inner side of the bun, then add the lettuce, the burger pattie, and the caramelized onions.
Step 11
Close the burger and serve with the fries, fresh out of the oven. Enjoy!
