Utensils

Tart pan, Oven, Whisk

recipe

Flour (all-purpose)
Powdered sugar

Step 1

Before making this recipe, make sure that your liquid cream and your container are placed in the fridge to chill before making whipped cream. In a bowl, pour the flour, icing sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix.

Butter

Step 2

Then add the diced soft butter and sand with your fingertips to obtain a grainy consistency.

Egg

Step 3

Then add the egg and mix by hand until the dough forms a ball. If the dough is sticky, add a pinch of flour to help. Then let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Flour the work surface and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. To easily remove it from the work surface, wrap it around the roller. Then place it in a pie dish (we used a 25 cm diameter dish here).

Step 5

Remove the excess dough with a knife and prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C, until lightly golden.

Banana

Step 6

Meanwhile, cut the bananas into slices.

Dulce de leche

Step 7

Once the pie crust is cooked, add the milk jam to the bottom.

Step 8

Add the bananas to the layer of milk jam.

Heavy cream 30%

Step 9

Then make the whipped cream by adding the liquid cream in a container then beat it with an electric whisk until you get a fairly firm consistency.

Step 10

Spread a layer of whipped cream on the bananas using a tablespoon.

Dark chocolate

Step 11

Finish with a few chocolate shavings if you have any. It's ready !
