Step 1
Lavez puis coupez le brocoli en sommités. Coupez le tronc en petits cubes.

Dans le bol Cookeo, ajoutez une noisette de beurre, les petits pois, le brocoli et l'ail râpé ou émincé.

Lancez la cuisson en mode dorer pendant 2 minutes.

Ajoutez 250 ml d'eau/personne (1 tasse) et lancez la cuisson sous pression pendant 10 minutes.

Après 10 minutes de cuisson, mixez la soupe.

Ajoutez la crème fraîche, salez et poivrez.
Step 7
Cassez les œufs dans des récipients séparés.
Step 8
Faites bouillir une casserole d'eau chaude et à l'aide d'une cuillère, formez un tourbillon.
Step 9
Versez l'œuf au milieu du tourbillon et laissez cuire 1 minute avant de l'égouttez.
Step 10
Servez la soupe avec l'œuf sur le dessus. C'est prêt !
