Toast chèvre miel sans gluten

Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Coupez les crottins de chèvre en deux dans la longueur.

Step 2
Concassez grossièrement les noix.

Step 3
Disposez une moitié de chèvre sur chaque tranche de pain.

Step 4
Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, disposez les toasts. Ajoutez les noix, un filet d'huile d'olive et le miel. Salez, poivrez et enfournez 8 à 10 minutes à 180°C.

Step 5
Une fois les tartines bien dorées et croustillantes, sortez la plaque du four. Servez les toasts au chèvre miel dans une assiette avec la salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts et dégustez aussitôt. C'est prêt !
