Croque-monsieur sans gluten au four

Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 220°C. Mélangez dans un bol : la crème, le parmesan et la moitié du fromage râpé. Salez et poivrez.

Beurrez les tranches de pain de mie d'un seul côté.
Step 3
Sur une plaque allant au four, disposez la moitié des tranches de pain côté beurré vers le haut.

Step 4
Ajoutez une tranche de jambon par tranche de pain et le reste du fromage râpé.
Step 5
Refermez le croque-monsieur avec la seconde tranche de pain et étalez le mélange crème-fromage sur le dessus. Enfournez 10 à 15 minutes à 220°C.

Step 6
Une fois les croque-monsieur dorés et croustillants, sortez la plaque du four. Servez-les dans une assiette avec la salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
