Tortilla façon pizza au chèvre, jambon & figues

Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Coupez la bûche de chèvre en rondelles.



Step 2
Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, disposez la tortilla et étalez la crème dessus. Parsemez d'herbes de Provence.

Step 3
Ajoutez les rondelles de chèvre, poivrez et ajoutez la confiture de figues. Enfournez 6 à 8 minutes à 180°C.


Step 4
Une fois le chèvre fondu et bien doré, sortez la tortilla du four. Ajoutez le jambon déchiré en morceaux et les noix concassées, si vous en avez. Servez la tortilla façon pizza au chèvre, jambon & figues avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
