Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 220°C. Coupez la bûche de chèvre en rondelles.

Sur une plaque de cuisson, disposez la moitié des tranches de pain. Étalez le pesto.

Ajoutez le jambon et la moitié du chèvre par-dessus.
Step 4
Refermez les croque-monsieur avec la seconde tranche de pain et étalez la crème par-dessus. Ajoutez le reste du chèvre puis enfournez 10 à 15 minutes à 220°C.

Une fois dorés et croustillants, sortez les croque-monsieur du four. Servez-les avec la salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
