Step 1

Lavez puis coupez les poivrons en retirant le cœur avec les pépins. Coupez-les en lamelles.

Faites chauffer un petit filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les poivrons et faites-les revenir 5 à 6 minutes.

Ajoutez les tomates cerises, salez et poivrez. Poursuivez la cuisson 5 minutes, en mélangeant.
