Tartine sans gluten au jambon & poivrons

Step 1
Lavez puis coupez les poivrons en retirant le cœur avec les pépins. Coupez-les en lamelles.
Step 2
Faites chauffer un petit filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les poivrons et faites-les revenir 5 à 6 minutes.

Step 3
Ajoutez les tomates cerises, salez et poivrez. Poursuivez la cuisson 5 minutes, en mélangeant.

Step 4
Si vous le souhaitez, faites toaster les tranches de pain au grille-pain ou à la poêle.

Step 5
Tartinez les tranches de pain de fromage frais.

Step 6
Ajoutez le mélange poivrons/tomates et le jambon.


Step 7
Servez les tartines sans gluten au jambon & poivrons dans une assiette avec la salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de basilic, si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
