Flour tortilla (medium)
Crème fraîche
Herbes de Provence

Step 1

Étalez la crème fraîche sur la tortilla. Parsemez d'herbes de Provence. Salez et poivrez.

Ham (turkey)
Mozzarella (shredded)

Step 2

Ajoutez une tranche de dinde et la mozzarella râpée puis repliez le wrap en deux.

Step 3

Faites chauffer une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez le wrap. Faites-le cuire 2 minutes sur chaque face, pour qu'il soit bien doré. Couvrez et laissez reposer hors du feu 1 minute.

Step 4

Coupez le wrap en deux, si vous le souhaitez.

Servez le wrap à la dinde & mozzarella dans une assiette avec la salade verte, assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
