Step 1
Put the carrots and potatoes in the Thermomix and mix for 10 sec / speed 5. Next scrape the sides with the spatula and empty the contents into another bowl.
Step 2
In the empty Thermomix bowl, add a drizzle of olive oil, green curry paste and cook for 1 min / 120°C / speed 1.
Step 3
Add the coconut milk and cook for 1 min / 120°C / speed 2. Then add the soy sauce, (optional: some lime zest), stock cube and half a cup of water per person.
Step 4
Finally add the beef, potatoes and carrots. Cook for 30 min / 90°C / reverse mode / speed 1 (with the measuring cup on the lid). Serve and enjoy!
