Coupez l'ail en fines tranches. Dans le bol inox, placez 1 cuillère à soupe par personne de l'huile végétale de votre choix. Ajoutez l'ail et lancez le programme expert, 3 minutes/vitesse 1A/140°C.

Meanwhile, mince the onions.

À la fin du programme, versez l'huile dans un récipient et ajouter le piment, réservez.

Dans le bol inox, ajoutez les oignons et lancez le programme expert, 5 minutes/vitesse 1A/140°C.

Ajoutez 250 g d'eau par personne (300 ml), le bouillon, le riz et le poulet dans le bol inox. Lancez le programme expert, 15 minutes/vitesse 1A/100°C.

Retirez le poulet de la soupe, et émiettez-le à l'aide de deux fourchettes. Ajoutez les épinards et le poulet émietté dans la soupe. Lancez le programme expert, 3 minutes/vitesse 1A/140°C.
Step 7
Serve the soup, adding a splash of chilli oil. Optional: add some parsley leaves if you have any. It's ready !
