Fajita kit

Step 1

Open the fajita kit.

Chicken breast

Step 2

Cut the chicken into thin strips.

Step 3

In a hot pan, add a drizzle of oil, the chicken and the spice mix (1/4 packet per portion). Sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes.

When the chicken is browned, add the corn and beans. Season to taste and cook over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, place the avocado in a bowl and mash with a fork. Season to taste (optional: add a squeeze of lime juice) and mix.
