Step 1
Open the fajita kit.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into thin strips.

In a hot pan, add a drizzle of oil, the chicken and the spice mix (1/4 packet per portion). Sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes.

When the chicken is browned, add the corn and beans. Season to taste and cook over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, place the avocado in a bowl and mash with a fork. Season to taste (optional: add a squeeze of lime juice) and mix.
Step 6
Spread the avocado on the tortillas (2 per person), top with the chicken mixture and drizzle with the sauce from the kit. (Optional: Add some cilantro and/or grated cheese.)
