Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Lavez puis coupez le bas des asperges à l'aide d'un petit couteau.
Step 2
Déchirez les tranches de jambon cru en deux, puis enroulez chaque asperge d'une moitié de tranche de jambon. Répétez l'opération autant de fois que d'asperges.
Step 3
Coupez le brie en tranches fines.
Step 4
Déroulez la pâte sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, puis étalez le pesto sur toute la surface en laissant 1 à 2 cm sur les bords.
Step 5
Disposez les asperges enroulées de jambon en quinconce sur la pâte, suivi des tranches de brie. Poivrez, puis enfournez 25 minutes à 180°C.
Step 6
Une fois bien dorée, sortez la tarte du four. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de basilic, si vous en avez, et un filet d'huile d'olive. C'est prêt !
