Step 1
Lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en quartiers.

Épluchez puis émincez finement les oignons rouges.

Coupez l'avocat en deux. Retirez la peau, puis coupez-le en cubes.

Dans un bol, mélangez : l'avocat, les oignons rouges, les tomates cerises et le thon égoutté. Salez, poivrez et ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive. Ajoutez le tartare dans un petit bol ou un ramequin.
