Coupez la mozzarella en tranches fines.

Aplatissez les tranches de pain à l'aide d'un rouleau à pâtisserie.

Étalez le pesto sur les tranches de pain de mie, puis ajoutez la mozzarella et le jambon. Roulez les tranches de pain en les serrant légèrement. Recommencez autant de fois que de roulés nécessaires.
