Step 1

In a pot of boiling water, cook the peas for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Placez les petits pois dans le Varoma. Placez l'ensemble Varoma sur le Thermomix et lancez la cuisson 10 min / Varoma / vitesse 1.

Couscous

Step 3

In a large bowl, add the semolina and pour ⅓ cup of cold water (yes, cold!) per person. Cover for 5 minutes to allow it to fluff. If you can't find semolina, cous cous or quinoa work well too. Make sure to follow the cooking instructions on the package.

Step 4

Cut the cherries in half and remove the pits. Add them to a bowl with the semolina, peas and crumbled goat cheese.

Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper. Let's eat!
