Stovetop, Cookeo, Frying pan
Step 1
Épluchez et émincez l'échalote. Coupez et videz le potimarron, puis découpez-le en tranches et enfin en cubes. Ajoutez-les dans le bol Cookeo et lancez la cuisson en mode dorer pendant 3 minutes.
Step 2
Salez, poivrez et ajoutez 20 cl d'eau / personne dans le bol. Continuez la cuisson sous pression pendant 15 minutes.
Step 3
Pendant ce temps, faites chauffer une poêle et placez-y les tranches de jambon. Saisissez-les, à feu vif, 1 minute de chaque côté.
Step 4
Après 15 minutes de cuisson, ajoutez la crème. Mixez la soupe.
Step 5
Servez la soupe avec les chips de parmesan, c'est prêt !
