Step 1
Épluchez puis coupez les carottes en rondelles.

Ajoutez le lait de coco, 100 ml d'eau par personne et le bouillon cube. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et lancez le programme : 110°C / vitesse 1 / 30 minutes.
Step 4
Une fois les carottes tendres, fermez le couvercle avec le bouchon mesureur et lancez le programme : vitesse 5 / 2 minutes. Si besoin, ajoutez un peu d’eau et mixez à nouveau.
Step 5
Servez le velouté coco carottes dans un bol ou une assiette creuse. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
