Thermomix
Step 1
If needed, thaw the shrimp. Peel & finely mince the shallots.
Step 2
Enlevez la peau du chorizo puis coupez-le en petits morceaux.
Step 3
Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive, les échalotes et le chorizo dans le bol du Thermomix. Faites cuire 3 minutes / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse 1.
Step 4
Ajoutez le vin blanc, le riz et poursuivez la cuisson 3 minutes / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse 'Mijotage'.
Step 5
Ajoutez le cube de bouillon et 150 ml d'eau bouillante par personne. Prolongez la cuisson 20 minutes / 100°C / sens inverse / vitesse 1.
Step 6
Une fois le risotto cuit, ajoutez : les crevettes et le parmesan. Salez et poivrez. Mélangez puis laissez cuire 1 minute / 100°C / sens inverse / vitesse 'Mijotage'.
Step 7
Servez le risotto de crevettes et chorizo dans une assiette creuse. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
