Épluchez les oignons, puis coupez-les en quartiers.

Carrots (fresh)

Épluchez puis coupez les carottes en cubes.

Dans le bol inox du Cook Expert, ajoutez : les oignons, les carottes et l'ail. Mixez 5 secondes / vitesse 5, puis raclez les parois à l'aide d'une maryse.

Pendant ce temps, rincez puis égouttez le quinoa.

Dans le bol inox du Cook Expert, ajoutez : la tomate, 250g d'eau par personne, le bouillon cube et le quinoa. Salez et poivrez. Lancez le programme 'expert' 50 min / vitesse 1A / 100°C.

Servez la soupe péruvienne au quinoa dans une assiette creuse ou un bol. Ajoutez la feta émiettée par-dessus et parsemez de persil ciselé, si vous en avez. Re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts, c'est prêt !
