Step 1
Placez l'oignon épluché coupé en 4 dans le bol inox. Lancez le programme expert, 5 minutes/vitesse 1A/140°C.
Step 2
Placez ensuite les carottes et les patates douces épluchées et coupées grossièrement dans le bol, puis lancez le programme expert, 5 minutes/vitesse 1A/140°C.
Step 3
Salez, poivrez, puis ajoutez les lentilles (optionnel : un bouquet garni thym/laurier ou une pincée de thym). Ajoutez environ 250 g d'eau / personne et lancez le programme soupe veloutée.
Step 4
Une fois les légumes cuits, retirez le bouquet garni si vous en aviez mis un.
Step 5
Si besoin, ajoutez un peu d'eau si la soupe vous semble trop épaisse. Et pourquoi pas un peu de crème pour les plus gourmand ;) C'est prêt !
