Step 1
Cook the potatoes in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 230°C. Then, mix the yogurt with the feta, and salt and pepper. (Option: Add some chopped chives.)
Step 3
Once you've boiled the potatoes for 10 minutes, remove them from heat and dry them. Then, place them on a sheet of parchment on a baking pan, and smash them with the bottom of a small pot.
Step 4
Drizzle some olive oil on them and sprinkle some salt and pepper too. Bake for 10 minutes at 230°C.
Step 5
Plate the potatoes and scoop the feta-yogurt mixture on top of them. And enjoy!
