Oven, Cookeo, Baking dish, Colander, Stovetop, Pot (small)
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 240°C. Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half & the stem into small cubes.
Step 2
Add the brocoli to steam basket. Add 200 ml of water to the Cookeo & place the basket on top. Cook under pressure for 7 min.
Step 3
Prepare the bechamel sauce. In a pot, melt the butter, on low heat.
Step 4
Add the flour and mix quickly.
Step 5
Slowly add the milk in while stirring, until it thickens.
Step 6
Once cooked through, drain the broccoli.
Step 7
Add the broccoli in an oven-proof dish (we used a 29 cm diameter dish here) and season to taste. Pour the bechamel on top & top with grated cheese.
Step 8
Bake for 15 minutes until the top is nice and golden brown. Enjoy !
