Step 1

Si besoin, faites décongeler les crevettes. Lavez les poivrons, puis coupez-les en brunoise (petits dés) en retirant le cœur avec les pépins.

Ajoutez les poivrons rouges dans la cuve du Cookeo avec un filet d'huile d'olive. Lancez la cuisson en mode dorer pendant 6 minutes.

White rice (long grain)

Dans une casserole, cuire le riz selon les instructions de préparation du paquet. Égouttez en fin de cuisson.

Pendant ce temps, épluchez puis hachez finement l'ail (en retirant le germe). Ajoutez-le ensuite aux poivrons, avec le curry, le lait de coco et les crevettes, salez, poivrez, 1/4 de tasse d'eau/personne (30ml).

Lancez la cuisson en mode dorer pour 5 minutes.
