In the Digicook bowl pour 2 glasses of water per person (350 ml), coconut milk, curry and chicken stock, heat for 4 min / 120°C / speed 3.

Basil (fresh)
Rice noodles
Cooked shrimp

Step 2

Add the rice noodles, shrimp and basil (if you have any) and cook for 6 min / steam setting / reverse mode / speed1.

Step 3

Serve in a bowl, season with pepper, and top with some basil leaves to garnish (optional).
