Digicook
Step 1
Épluchez les oignons et l'ail. Couper en deux les oignons. Ajoutez dans le bol du Digicook. Fermez le couvercle muni du bouchon mesureur et programmez : vitesse 5 / 30 secondes. Raclez les parois à l'aide de la spatule.

Lavez, épluchez puis coupez les carottes en petits cubes (1cm environ). Ajoutez-les dans le bol avec un filet d'huile d'olive. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 120°C / vitesse 1 / 6 minutes
Step 3
Ajoutez 200ml d'eau par personne, le bouillon et le quinoa. Salez, poivre. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur. Programmez en mode reverse : 100°C / vitesse 1 / 20 minutes.
Step 4
Ajoutez ensuite les épinards, les crevettes, le jus de citron, le zeste. Fermez le couvercle sans le bouchon mesureur et programmez en mode reverse : 100°C / vitesse 1 / 3 minutes. Servez, (Optionnel : ajoutez du persil). C'est prêt !
