Red kuri squash (potimarron)

Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Videz le potimarron et coupez-le en tranches.

Step 2

Placez les tranches de potimarron sur une plaque de cuisson chemisée de papier cuisson.

Ras el hanout

Step 3

Versez un filet d'huile d'olive, le ras el hanout, salez et poivrez. Enfournez 20 minutes à 200°C.

Sausage (chipolata)

Step 4

Après 20 minutes de cuisson, sortez la plaque du four et ajoutez-y les chipolatas. Piquez-les et enfournez à nouveau pour 15 minutes de cuisson à 200°C.

Couscous

Step 5

Pendant ce temps, versez la semoule dans un récipient, salez, poivrez et versez un filet d'huile d'olive.

Step 6

Versez la même quantité d'eau bouillante que de semoule. Couvrez et laissez gonfler 5 minutes.

Step 7

Sortez la plaque du four.

Step 8

Égrainez la semoule à l'aide d'une fourchette.

Servez la semoule avec le potimarron et les saucisses. Ajoutez des pignons de pin si vous en avez et quelques feuilles de menthe. Assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
