Zucchini

Step 1

If needed, defrost your salmon. Preheat oven to 230°C. After washing the zucchinis, cut them into thin, round slices.

After washing the tomatoes, cut them into thin, round slices.

Herbes de Provence

Step 3

In an oven safe dish, add the sliced vegetables and herbs.

Step 4

Mix together with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 240°C for 10 minutes.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 5

After 10 minutes, add the salmon to the dish on top of the vegetables. Add some olive oil, salt and pepper.

Step 6

Lower the temperature to 200°C and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Dinner is served!
