Step 1
Dans une casserole d’eau bouillante salée, faites cuire le riz selon les instructions du paquet. Égouttez-le en fin de cuisson.

Pendant ce temps, lavez puis coupez le concombre en cubes.

Lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en deux.

Préparez la vinaigrette. Dans un bol, mélangez : le pesto, le vinaigre balsamique et un filet d'huile d'olive. Salez légèrement et poivrez.

Dans un saladier, ajoutez : le riz, les tomates cerises, le concombre, le thon égoutté et émietté et les copeaux de parmesan. Assaisonnez de la vinaigrette, puis mélangez le tout.

Servez la salade de riz noir au thon dans une assiette. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de basilic, si vous en avez, et re-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
