Step 1
Préchauffez le four à 220°C. Lavez puis ajoutez les tomates cerises dans un plat allant au four. Râpez-y l'ail et ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive. Salez, poivrez, mélangez puis enfournez 10 minutes à 220°C.

Step 2
Pendant ce temps, réchauffez les lentilles selon les instructions du paquet.


Step 3
En parallèle, préparez la sauce au yaourt. Dans un bol, mélangez : le yaourt, les herbes de Provence et un filet d'huile d'olive. Salez et poivrez.

Step 4
Une fois bien dorées et juteuses, sortez les tomates cerises du four. Servez-les avec les lentilles, le jambon et la sauce au yaourt. Ajoutez quelques brins de ciboulette ciselée, si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
