Step 1

Dans une casserole d'eau bouillante salée, faites cuire les tortellini selon les instructions du paquet. En fin de cuisson, égouttez-les puis rincez-les à l'eau froide pour stopper la cuisson.

Pendant ce temps, lavez puis coupez les tomates cerises en deux.

Cucumber

Lavez puis coupez le concombre en dés.

Red onion

Épluchez puis émincez finement les oignons rouges.

Black olives (pitted)

Égouttez puis émincez finement les olives.

Feta cheese (block)
Oregano (dried)

Dans un saladier, ajoutez : les tortellini refroidis, les tomates cerises, le concombre, les olives, les oignons et la feta émiettée. Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive et l'origan. Mélangez bien.
