Step 1

Préparez les croûtons. Déchirez le pain en petits morceaux.

Faites chauffer un filet d'huile d'olive dans une poêle, sur feu moyen. Ajoutez les croûtons. Faites-les revenir en mélangeant, jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient bien dorés.

Pendant ce temps, lavez puis coupez le concombre en petits cubes.

Lavez puis coupez la pomme en petits cubes.

Si besoin, retirez la croûte du cantal puis coupez-le en petits cubes.
