Mozzarella Sticks (frozen)

Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 230°C. Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, ajoutez les mozzarella sticks. Enfournez pour le temps de cuisson indiqué sur le paquet.

Balsamic vinegar

Pendant ce temps, préparez la vinaigrette au pesto. Dans un bol, mélangez : le pesto, le vinaigre balsamique et 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive par personne.

Sun-dried tomatoes

Égouttez puis coupez les tomates séchées en petits morceaux.

Une fois bien dorés et croustillants, sortez les mozzarella sticks du four.
