Sweet potato

Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Épluchez la patate douce puis coupez-la en petits cubes.

Sweet potato
Paprika

Step 2

Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, ajoutez : les pois chiches égouttés, les cubes de patate douce, le paprika, du sel, du poivre et un filet d'huile d'olive.

Step 3

Mélangez bien puis enfournez pour 25 minutes de cuisson à 200°C.

Step 4

Au bout des 25 minutes de cuisson, sortez le mélange de pois chiches et patate douce du four.

Step 5

Dressez le tout dans un bowl ou une assiette creuse : ajoutez le houmous, les pois chiches, les cubes de patates douces et la salade. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de coriandre si vous en avez et ré-assaisonnez selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
