Step 1
Dans le bol, ajoutez l'échalote. Mixez 5 sec/vitesse 5. Raclez les parois à l'aide de la spatule.

Ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive et faites cuire 3 min / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse 1.

Ajoutez le riz, le vin blanc et rissolez 3 min / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse 1.
Step 4
Coupez les tomates en cubes.
Step 5
Ajoutez les tomates dans le Thermomix, salez, poivrez et laissez cuire 2 min / 120°C / sens inverse / vitesse 1.
Step 6
Ajoutez 150 g d'eau par personne, le cube de bouillon et faites cuire 15 min / 100°C / sens inverse / vitesse Mijotage.
Step 7
Une fois le riz cuit, ajoutez le parmesan, (optionnel : ajoutez un peu de beurre), sel, poivre et mélangez le tout.
Step 8
Servir le risotto, salez, poivrez et ajoutez du parmesan et des herbes fraîches si vous en avez. C'est prêt !
