Step 1
Plongez les pommes de terre dans un grand volume d'eau froide. Portez à ébullition puis baissez le feu et laissez cuire 35 à 45 minutes. Plantez un couteau pour vérifier la cuisson, il doit entrer et sortir facilement.

Pendant ce temps, lavez, évidez puis coupez le potimarron en cubes à l'aide d'un bon couteau. Versez les cubes dans une casserole d'eau bouillante. Laissez cuire 20 minutes à feu moyen.
Step 3
Faites fondre et griller les tranches de fromage à l'aide d'un appareil à raclette ou placez-les au four à 200°C en position grill pendant 5 minutes dans un plat à gratin.
Step 4
Servez le fromage avec les pommes de terre chaudes, le potimarron, les champignons coupés en 4 et les cornichons, c'est prêt !
