Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
Coupez le chèvre en tranches.
Step 2
Dans un bol mélangez la moutarde à l'ancienne et le miel.

Faites toaster la face intérieure de vos pains à burger dans une poêle bien chaude, 15 à 30 secondes suffisent. Optionnel : beurrez ou huilez-les légèrement. Réservez.
Step 4
Dans la même poêle ajoutez le steak végétal et faites-le cuire cuire 2 minutes sur une première face. Retournez vos steaks, ajoutez deux tranches de chèvre par-dessus puis faites cuire 2 minutes de plus en couvrant afin que le fromage fonde bien.
Step 5
Garnissez vos pains à burger en tartinant la base de sauce moutarde/ miel. Ajoutez le burger et le chèvre, un filet de miel s'il vous en reste, la roquette et refermez le burger. C'est prêt !
