Step 1

Wash and peel the carrots. Chop into small pieces.

Dans le bol Cookeo, ajoutez une noisette et beurre ou un filet d'huile d'olive et les carottes. Lancez la cuisson en mode dorer pendant 2 minutes.

Ajoutez ensuite de l'eau à niveau (300 ml d'eau / personne environ), ajoutez le gingembre (râpez-le s'il est frais), salez, poivrez. Lancez la cuisson sous pression pendant 15 minutes.

Une fois les carottes bien tendres, mixez la soupe. Ajoutez un peu d'eau si la consistance semble trop épaisse. C'est prêt !
