Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Peel and finely chop the onions.
Step 2
Place them in the mixing bowl with a drizzle of olive oil. Salt and pepper, and add the Provencal herbs and capers. Let it simmer at 100°C in reverse mode on speed 1.
Step 3
Add a tablespoon of powdered sugar, mix and cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 4
Roll the pizza dough onto a baking sheet (and flatten onto the baking sheet if it's in a ball). Spread on the onion mixture. Then, place the strained anchovies on top and sprinkle with olives. Bake the tart for 15 minutes at 210°C.
Step 5
When the 15 minutes are up, take it out of the oven and enjoy! Or you can save it for later; it's delicious both hot and cold! Bon appetit!
