Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Dans un saladier, ajoutez la farine, les œufs, la levure, salez, poivrez et mélangez.

Ajoutez le lait, l'huile et mélangez à nouveau.

Shredded cheese

Step 3

Incorporez avec une spatule dans la pâte à cake : le fromage râpé, les olives noires, les anchois, les tomates séchées.

Step 4

Placez la pâte dans un moule à cake huilé (le notre fait 29 x 10 cm) et enfournez 40 minutes.

Step 5

Une fois que le cake est bien doré, plantez votre couteau au centre. S'il ressort propre, le cake est prêt, sinon re-enfournez 2 à 3 minutes. Servez-le à l'apéro ou avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
