Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Égouttez puis coupez les tomates séchées en morceaux.

Dans un saladier, ajoutez : la farine, les œufs et la levure. Salez, poivrez, puis mélangez, à l'aide d'un fouet.

Ajoutez : le lait et l'huile d'olive. Mélangez à nouveau, jusqu'à obtenir une texture homogène.

Ajoutez ensuite : les tomates séchées, les olives noires, les anchois et le fromage râpé.

Huilez un moule à cake (le nôtre fait 29 x 10 cm), puis versez-y la pâte. Enfournez 40 minutes à 180°C.

Une fois que le cake est bien doré, plantez votre couteau au centre. S'il ressort propre, le cake est prêt, sinon re-enfournez 2 à 3 minutes. Servez le cake aux anchois, tomates & olives à l'apéro ou avec une salade verte assaisonnée selon vos goûts. C'est prêt !
